"Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms with nice design, everything is clean. Comfortable beds. Located by a small walkway to trams connecting with train station and old town. Quiet place, friendly staff. Spaciousness of the rooms is still OK, however, I've been alone, for two it should mean problems,. Some improvements should be welcome however: a common kitchen and an access through the back door (closer to shops and bus stops). "

"For sure one of the best premises in Poland. Outstanding in any kind of service. Very helpful and professional staff. Amazing Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped. "

"What a fantastic gem of a property. Surrounded by woods in a quiet neighborhood, immaculate hotel with professional staff and free parking. We felt absolutely safe walking to nearby shops and dining. Also commuter train nearby. The breakfast was a gigantic buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, veg, juices, cereals. Just fabulous. Didn’t get to visit the spa but looked amazing. Zero complaints about this stay. "

"We stayed for one night on the way to the mountains as it was conveniently located for Wieliczka visit next day. We were very positively surprised. Firstly, I booked the room just one (instead of 4!) and with no breakfast. I realised an hour before arrival and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and adjusted my booking on the phone (as I booked family room there was no extra charge). We arrived late at night and there was absolutely no problem to check in. All was quick and smooth. The breakfast was offering a lot of choice of hot and cold food as well as sweets and fruit. Very nice coffee too, we returned for the second cup to enjoy on the sunny terrace opposite reception later. In the dining area, we were greeted with a smile and our children were happy to be able to pick all the food they fancied. On 1st floor there is quite good playroom, where our 4 and 7 year old had plenty of fun before we had to leave. The family room was very spacious and the bed surprisingly, truly comfortable. Overall the decor and furnishings are outdated but clean. Bedding and towels were perfectly fine, too. for a 3* hotel we were truly positively surprised. I believe it is the people who work there that make it also so much better. Thank you for being accommodating, welcoming and helpful!"

"No hiding the fact this is a 1 star option. Hottest room I've ever tried to sleep in and with all windows open the trams passing sounded like jet planes. Would have liked a fan or air con. Shop across Zapka is amazing "
