"Good location and nice size of the room"

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some. "

"This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at...

"We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment with sofa bed and we loved it. The location was perfect in the heart of Krakow Old town. The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"The location is really good just outside of the Old Town and a few mins walk from Wawel Castle The staff were really lovely and answered all my questions and suggested things to do in the area There was a little lounge room that anyone could use that had books and DVDs to borrow, there were DVD players in the room. I didn’t use it but there was a computer and printer available to use in the lounge too Would highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of six! It was the perfect space for us, offering everything a large family needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. There are plenty of small grocery stores and dining options just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to other large families...

"Wow. Just wow.. 2nd time at this apartment! Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return.."
