Beautiful, peaceful spot
We had a fabulous stay at Villa Annita. Its location was perfect for us. I loved being able to swim off the rocks below the villa. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a shame that we couldn't use the BBQ because of the wind and fire risk. We were seven adults, of which two were couples. This villa will accommodate three adult couples comfortably in double bedrooms and another four people, sharing two twin bedded rooms. We were very happy with our stay and very much hope to return. Annie couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Un séjour de charme
Une très belle maison, élégante, confortable et intelligemment conçue pour que 10 personnes y vivent sans se gêner. La terrasse immense qui surplombe la mer, l'accès à l'eau par les rochers ou à la plage, le calme de l'environnement et l'attrait des paysages en font un lieu magnifique. Le village est proche mais une voiture est utile.

Excellent séjour
Tout était parfait- la maison est magnifique avec une vue et un emplacement incroyables. L’accès à la mer par des rochers est à 5 minutes et l’accès à une petite plage à moins de 10 petites minutes à peine. L’eau est cristalline- c’est un régal. Un seul mini bémol : l’adresse pour l’arrivée qui manque de précisions pour les taxis et nous a obligé à nous rendre à pied à la villa depuis le port de Finikas sous un soleil de plomb avec les bagages car impossible de joindre notre super host. Hormis cela, nous recommandons très sincèrement cette location et l’île de Syros.

Magnifique maison et magnifique vue sur la baie de Foinikas
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison d'Annita et Yanis. Nous avons apprécié leur accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils sur Syros et les beaux endroits à découvrir. Concernant la maison : joliment décorée, les chambres sont climatisées, la cuisine tout équipée, une très grande terrasse avec la vue mer à 180°, accès mer à 100m, plage à 250m, village de Foinikas à 5' en voiture, avec toutes les commodités. Merci !

Magnifique maison avec vue mer incroyable!
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, la maison est magnifique, la vue incroyable, et les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous ont bien aidé avant et pendant notre séjour. La petite plage à côté de la maison est l'une des plus belles de l'île. Finikas est abrité du vent ce qui est plutôt très agréable dans les cyclades. Bref, un super séjour! Encore merci à Yannis et Annita !

Perfect holiday!
A wonderful house on a wonderful island. Everything was as good as advertised , even better. The owner is the best host ever. We forgot something at our departure in Ermopouli, he picked it up and sent it to us by ferry the next day. How nice was it from him to take his time and help us greatly. Feel very confortable to rent that house.

Wonderful
Séjour fantastic! Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Yannis. La maison est magnifique (photos très fidèles) et très très bien équipée. 2 petites plages à 5mn à pieds et les plages et restaurants de Finikas tout près. Ermoupoli est une ville à visiter, tout comme d'autres villages et plages. Superbe maison pour 3 couples + enfants.

Très très bon accueil dans une maison qui combine les avantages d'une location (peu de déco personnalisée, accueil et disponibilité "pro") et ceux d'une maison de famille (équipements complets et de qualité, produits de base et ménagers et linges de maison mis à disposition). La maison est près du village et des commerces, c'est pratique. Terrasse géniale (mais attention au vent).

Sejour inoubliable
Grande maison, tres pratique, tres propre, tres accueillante, calme. La terrasse est splendide, la vue eblouissante, le coucher du soleil juste en face. Les proprietaires sont charmants et veillent a ce que rien ne manque. La mer est a 150m, avoir une voiture est conseille car l'ile a pleins de plages et la capitale tres pittoresque a visiter. J'envie ce qui y iront avant moi et j'ai hate d'y retourner !

Joli sauna avec vue sur la mer Egée
Cette maison n'est pas équipée d'air conditionné. Aussi la température intérieure atteint les 32° : c'est évidemment très compliqué de dormir la nuit et nous avons terminé les dernières nuits de notre séjour épuisant et interminable, à dormir dans les transats extérieurs, pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur, pendant quelques heures. Il est tout aussi impossible de profiter de la terrasse le jour, car la température dépasse les 45°. Cette maison est une véritable fournaise que vous fuyez dès que possible. Seulement, l'île de Syros, belle endormie, propose de belles plages mais sans aucune activité nautique et aucune vie commerçante autour. Enfin, pour couronner le tout, les magasins de la capitale Ermoupolis sont fermés plusieurs après-midi par semaine et tout le dimanche. Quelques tavernes sont de bonne qualité.

Magnifique
Villa superbe avec une vue magnifique à 180° sur la baie de Finikas. La maison est grande et pratique et la terrasse immense. Commerces et plages à proximité dont l'une des meilleures boulangeries de Grèce! Syros est une ile agréable avec une capitale enchanteresse, Ermoupolis. Prévoir voiture pour explorer l'île. Les conseils et la gentillesse de Iannis couronnent le tout. N'hésitez pas !

"La maison est grande, bien faite, pratique et très propre, tout y est. Autant avec des enfants que pour un groupe d'amis. Au calme, pas de voisins. L'environnement est merveilleux: 180 ° de vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil. Le village est à 10 min à pied ainsi que la plage (petite mais très mignonne). On peut se faire livrer les courses, ce qui est très pratique. Les gens du village de Finikas sont très gentils. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très à l'écoute. Ils font tout pour que tout se passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles. J'y retourne dès que je peux. Un conseil: pour profiter à fond de toute l'île, mieux vaut prévoir une voiture. Sinon, le bus dessert facilement toute l'île."

"The villa was very comfortable & homely. It is set in a beautiful & peaceful location, with a gorgeous view out over Finikas Bay. Ideal for relaxing at the villa on the terrace, or as a base for exploring the lovely island of Syros. Only a short walk down to the sea, or to the nearby sandy beach".
