Wi-FI-Penthouse overlooking the sea, near the island of Ortigia and archaeological area,. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and was renovated in 2017. It is ideal for a couple with a child. the house is composed of: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cubicle ,. Air-conditioned and heated There is the possibility of using the kitchen which is equipped with all accessories. From the private terrace you can enjoy a spectacular view and a spectacular sunset over the sea.
The location is ideal for walking to the island of Ortigia, the museums, the Greek theater without having to use the car and avoid parking problems. The apartment is located in the main shopping district with all the major brands, banks, pharmacies, restaurants.
It is located 30 meters from the Bus stop for Catania Airport.

Great place in Syracuse with an incredible terrace
Antonio is a fantastic host, and the property was just what we wanted. We walked down to the island of Ortigia every day and also up to the Greco/Roman ruins. Very enjoyable.

Very nice hosts. Top floor of the building. Easy walk to train station and Ortigia island. Also co-op grocery store close and an easy walk. Public parking lot is 20E per day. FYI

Lovely apartment with wonderful terrace
The apartment was perfect and centrally located in a very quiet and safe area. We loved the terrace which was so relaxing with the great views of the city. Antonio was charming and very welcoming and thoughtful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and he had left a large basket of fruit, milk, water, biscuits, etc. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Another great stay in Syracuse with views from the terrace
This was our second visit to Antonio's property (much delayed return due to Covid) and as last time we were greeted with a smile and nothing is too much to ask. The rooftop terrace has been redone and is a beutiful place to sit and relax and being so close to the town and Ortigia (and the wonderful food) is ideal, whilst still being able to travel out and about. Our thanks again to our great host and we will be back.

Good apartment within easy walking distance of everything
Property is on 9th floor with a lovely terrace overlooking ortigia port (actually it has almost 360 degree views) We walked into ortigia most evenings. We had a car to visit local beaches. TIP: enjoy granita and brioche with Bar Gelateria Bianca...l

Very good apartment in great location
We enjoyed our stay at this 9th floor apartment with a large balcony and great views of Siracusa. The large double bed was comfortable and everything in the apartment worked OK. There were some minor issues with some of the contents which we related to Antonio, the owner, who was very helpful in meeting us when we were delayed by traffic jams and a large procession in the nearby streets. Parking on the street is free but can be difficult to find, so we used the nearby parking station which cost EUR 20 per day.

Appartement agréable et bien situé dans Syracuse
Appartement bien situé à environ 15 minutes à pied d'Ortygie, le centre historique de Syracuse, à voir et revoir. Nous avons toujours réussi à garer notre voiture à 200 mètres tout au plus du logement. Antonio nous a bien accueilli et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Le logement est situé au 9ème étage avec ascenseur. Il dispose d'une superbe terrasse où nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas et profiter de la vue sur la ville et la mer. La terrasse en bois où se trouve la table à manger nécessiterait néanmoins d'être refaite car celle-ci est construite avec des palettes qui ont vieilli et s'affaissent à certains endroits. L'appartement dispose également de deux chambres fonctionnelles ainsi qu'une belle salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale. Bonne climatisation. A cela s'ajoutent une pièce de vie ainsi qu'une petite cuisine qui mériterait cependant d'avoir un four plus grand et plus fonctionnel. WiFi correcte à l'intérieur du logement mais pas sur la terrasse.

Up at the top of a building with splendid views and an excellent terrace, this was a well equipped and airy accommodation. Fortunately there was a lift! Antonio and Nancy were good friendly communicators and very helpful.

Antonio’s communication was excellent throughout. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which is en suite to the main bedroom. Good to know if you’re not travelling with family (luckily I was). The main draw is the fabulous balcony / outside space, which has great views across the water / Ortigia. The area is ok, and very close to lots of amenities. It’s about a 10 min walk to Ortigia, which we did most days. Whilst it didn’t ruin our holiday, we were disappointed by the fact the air con in the lounge stopped working properly, there was no wifi, the TV kept cutting out (a lot!) and the handle to the balcony area broke. Antonio did come round very quickly to fix the door though, which was very appreciated. All in all, I’d recommend for a couple or small family.

Traumhafter Ausblick, perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und tolle Lage mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Durch die Nähe zu Bahnhof und Busbahnhof auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - vielen Dank!

Un soggiorno perfetto a Siracusa
L'alloggio è perfetto per la sua posizione vicinissima a Ortigia, raggiungibile in dieci minuti e alle altre attrazioni di Siracusa. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina, vi sposterete solo a piedi e senza affanni. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e dotato di ogni comodità e gode d'un enorme e suggestivo terrazzo che si affaccia sul mare. Unico neo, è la presenza dell'unico bagno all'interno della camera da letto principale, il che rende l'appartamento ideale solo per persone dello stesso nucleo familiare. In conclusione, non posso che consigliare questa sistemazione ed è sicuramente il posto dove tornerò al mio prossimo viaggio a Siracusa.
