Excellent location, central to Ortigia. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice of breakfast and fresh coffee. The room and communal areas were clean. For a small B&B it was very good.

Acropoli staff made sure I had everything I need. Teresa was most welcoming and helpful, she made sure I had a nice coffee in morning and happy with my stay there!

Great location, walking distance to all the sites, amazing breakfast. Was also given the room downstairs - there's a bit of a staircase to go down, the ceiling is much lower and its a bit humid. The rooms upstairs looked much nicer, but downstairs was ok too.

Hotel is situated in the centre of Ortigia
Ortigia is a small island linked by two road bridges to mainland Syracuse on Sicily. Ortigia his a historic island with many fine churches and a Cathedral, it has also many other significant architectural buildings. The whole of Ortigia is well served with restaurants providing a wide range of good Italian food. It has an extensive waterfront with on or two small shingle beaches. There are bus and train services to other historic sites on Sicily namely Noto and Ragusa.

Ortigia bellissima ma il b&b.... Da dimenticare.
Se siete interessati solo alla posizione, il b&b è effettivamente centralissimo. Per il resto è completamente da dimenticare:pulizia, confort, cortesia e disponibilità sono a dir poco approssimativi. Il contesto è decadente, gli spazi comuni sia interni che esterni in pessime condizioni. La sala colazioni è di fatto una stanza di passaggio:le posate, tazze, arredi sono a vista e chiunque può passarci e toccarle nel corso della giornata. Basti pensare che le lenzuola ed gli asciugamani al momento del riassetto delle camere vengono ammucchiati tra i tavoli......tutto questo in tempo di Covid!!!! Noi ci siamo rifiutati di fare colazione lì ed allora ci hanno proposto di andare a colazione in altra struttura del gruppo, situata però abbastanza distante dal b&b: altro grosso disagio. Abbiamo poi chiesto ed ottenuto di cambiare la camera perché affacciava su un cortile interno ad uso di un locale, con confusione e schiamazzi fino a notte fonda. Per tutto questo ed alto ci avevano promesso un grosso sconto, quantificato, al momento del check out, in ben 10 euro, in pratica il costo di una notte al garage.Abbiamo ovviamente rispedito al mittente la generosa offerta...... In pratica, un soggiorno da dimenticare. Sicuramente da evitare. Cetcate altro, nella zona ci sono strutture molto ma molto migliori...

A 2 pas de la cathédrale et du piétonnier
Magnifique " pension " pour visiter Syracuse, à pied et confortablement. Très bien situé l'accueil est agréable et les petits déjeuners excellents. Pas de réception classique, mais le service au téléphone est parfait et efficace.

Top Lage Top Service. Zimmer OK.
Die Lage ist Top :) obwohl es sehr zentral ist, sind die zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders wegen dem Parkplatz. Sie hatten für uns immer einer bereit gestellt oder für uns, einen um das Haus,parkiert. Gerne weider einmal. Die Zimmer sind nicht weltbewegend. Normaöe abnützung.

Réception éloignée de la chambre. La personne qui nous a accompagné de la réception à la chambre ne parlait ni anglais ni français ce qui est un peu dommage pour un accueil. Chambre idéalement située et propre. Avec les fortes chaleurs de la nuit la climatisation était très insuffisante.
