"The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach). "

"The Valentino offers a basic clean room and property with pool for a reasonable price… Good value for the money…UNLESS You are a non-smoker and cannot stand to be near smoke. The manager and family are very friendly, but they hang out in the lobby all day and evening and smoke nonstop while they watch TV. "This is a very clean hotel and it's nice because it's a little out of the way from the main tourist parts but still close enough to walk. It's in a very quiet area and about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. There are lots fo restaurants and grocery stores around. Small kitchenette in the room was great for making meals and keeping the cost of the trip down. Would definitely recommend Vivian studios."

"Very clean, quiet, spacious and good value. Very good communication from owner. Near to airport. Couples minutes walk to pebble beach. I left an item behind and was very glad staff found it and let me know and kept it until I could collect. I was very appreciative of this. Thanks Nikos Would definitely recommend. "

"Just came back from a lovely week at the Anixis. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful. "Apartment is 3 rooms on 3 floors, separated by steep stairs (ladders, really). This apartment is not for those with mobility issues as the stairs are tough to navigate. Property is clean, wi-fi is good and there’s hot water. Kitchen is very bare bones. Note: all of Symi has steep stairs everywhere and it is not good for those who have mobility issues."

"Villa Eloni is a well-appointed apartment - exceptionally so - it has everything you could possibly need and more. Everything works well (not always the case in Symi, in my experience).
