Tucked away between Westerland and Keitum, Tinnum is undoubtedly one of the most relaxed places on the island—simultaneously very central and away from all the party hustle. The beautiful beaches of Westerland and Keitum can be reached from Haus Heide in 3 minutes by car. Around your vacation home, you'll find plenty of nature and a rich offering of leisure activities: Tinnum Zoo is only 500 meters away, and the archaeological fortress Burg Tinnum is within walking distance of your vacation home. The town center with numerous shops, bakeries, a wine store, and a organic supermarket is also quickly accessible. Horse enthusiasts will also be pleased: Olivenhof Riding Stable is just a short walk from Haus Heide.

The recently renovated and completely newly furnished vacation home Haus Heide, offering a true haven of tranquility, provides spacious accommodation for up to five people on an expansive 100 sqm! The quietly located residential complex borders directly on the vast Tinnum meadows, perfect for leisurely walks or your daily jogging routine.
Upon entering, the entrance area with its bright floor tiles is very inviting. The adjoining bright, tastefully furnished living room with a large lounge area, dining table, and classic designer furniture radiates modern coziness—enhanced by the open fireplace, creating a homely atmosphere on colder evenings. From the dining table, you have a splendid view of the terrace and garden through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, the living room features a modern SMART TV and a high-quality Sonoro sound system with an all-in-one audio system.

Next door is the modern equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a generous induction cooktop. The eye-catcher is certainly the chic mint-green SMEG refrigerator, including a large freezer compartment for your supplies!

In addition, on the ground floor, there is a modern shower bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, a stylish oasis of coziness awaits you: The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and practical built-in wardrobes. Bright colors and loving maritime details make the room perfect. Here, you can enjoy a restful sleep! A second beautiful bedroom with a double bed and another room with a single bed and a desk offer plenty of space for all family members! Each bedroom has a SMART TV. The modern daylight bathroom with a rain shower is also on the upper floor.

An absolute highlight of the semi-detached house is the lovingly landscaped, idyllic garden with its large, sunny terrace, private beach chair, and plenty of space to play. Families with children are warmly welcomed at Haus Heide! Dogs are also welcome. You can park your car on the street in the public area.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.00.
