On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious entrance area with a stylish wardrobe and a convenient guest toilet. The generous living room invites relaxation with its open fireplace, a cozy reading corner, and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area and the separate, fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal for culinary explorations. Enjoy the Sylt summer on the terrace, equipped with a beach chair, perfect for unwinding.

The upper floor houses a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and another bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed. The white-tiled bathroom pampers you with a double vanity and a refreshing shower. Numerous built-in closets are available to neatly store your clothes and personal belongings. In the basement, there is another double bed and a shower room.

Your vehicle will find a convenient parking space directly on the property of the vacation home.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: the beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. We charge a fee of €25.00 per person for this service (excluding children under 3 years). For good health, please note that the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking due to hygiene reasons.
We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.00.
