So on this trip before we left the room I went to the front desk and requested no one to clean my room. I had already given my dirty towels to housecleaning. "The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room we were in smelled so musty that we had to ask for another room. They request was handled very quickly and without question. The second room smelled pleasing but it was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom floor was visibly dirty.
