"Beautiful town with really nice hiking. This guest house was very comfortable with a very friendly and knowledgeable host. Some of the details on hotels.com are a bit misleading though: there is no spa and the breakfast is actually at a neighbouring hotel (which also has a restaurant with delicious food). There was no TV in the room, buy the room was spacious and comfortable and we had access to a kitchen that was shared with guests in 2 other rooms."

"This is lovely little place is on Sykkylvsfjord, halfway between Sykkylven and Straumgjerde. It is brand new construction, similar to a vacation condo type unit, split level, and shares a common driveway and a very large outdoor deck on the fjord with three other units of similar vintage. We chose it for its central location in Møre og Romsdal county and day trip access to hiking trails and towns in several fjords in the region. The kitchen is small but does most everything you need.
