Just a friendly reminder

We love your place however we were disappointed with some cockroaches visiting us. It could have been better if we were informed of the days the garbage are collected and how do we bring it out. Blinds are not functioning well. Overall everything is ok.

Size of the property was great, sadly not many other good points. We had no access to wifi, TV wouldn't work without wifi. Only gained entry info after multiple contact attempts to the VRBO group which caused a bit of a panic having just arrived from overseas, with suitcases and children caused unneeded stress. Property was dusty and needed a decent clean. Lots of broken tiles and damage in bathroom and damaged/broken blinds.

Accuracy in the listing

Place is clean, love that. We don't mind if it is an old house, No internet (maybe in progress, very important+++), tried to make TV work spent hrs ++ to make it work. TV and internet, very important, (I would say 30% or more for others) in the whole package. Cutleries incomplete. Bring matches or lighter to light up the stove. The rest are just fine. Parking is excellent, laundry and dryer OK, Neighbors seems to be good, and location is good as well. Host phone contact details is a must to have as soon as it is confirmed that the renters are coming and on their way. Common problems are door entry codes, please double check code that you will give to the renters. Stayz Phone support to sort out problems are excellent and helpful.
