In one room the bathroom had poor ventilation and thus looked to be growing mold on the ceiling. There was also some mold growth in the sink and a roach came out of shower drain. Room was in back of hotel/high floor and was quiet. Other room could hear a lot of outside noise/music. Rooms were small but nice other than mentioned above.

Excellent service at the front desk. Love the location. Close to bars, cafes, restaurants and of course can walk to the CBD. Everything is on your door step.

Arriving late at night and not being used to Sydney our arrival was confusing. Calling to check, the night staff were reassuring and calm. With a night club nearby I feared that we wouldn’t sleep, but we were out like a light and stepped fantastically. A little slip up with room top up’s, one coffee sachet was never going to cut it for two, was promptly and friendly corrected by reception. The 24 hour guest services was very reassuring and in many ways essential and made our late check-in, early check-out so much easier and provided friendly interactions.
