Sunday Creek, Katoomba - a breath of fresh air

Set in the Blue Mountains, self contained unit, private entrance, lovely bushland setting, off street parking, no steps. Can comfortably accommodate 3 people- 2 adults/queen bed, child/person over 8 years in single bed in separate room. Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen, large smart TV, modern bathroom, Wi Fi, dressing room, hanging space and storage. A wrap-around verandah, views of accessible garden. Shopping 8 minute drive or 40-45 minute walk. 2 hours to Sydney by train.

Queen bed is situated in living area, with HDTV and small well equipped kitchen. Single bed in separate room suitable 8 year old child/teenager/adult. Storage and hanging space in corridor separating queen bed from single bed with doors for privacy. Own entrance, off street parking. Quiet neighbourhood.

Katoomba shopping 8 minutes by car. Good parking. Plenty to do and see, many bush walks, festivals, big red bus with excellent sight seeing, lots of restaurants with variety of cuisine. Waterfalls, mountain views and lovely villages with own distinctive ambience.

I live upstairs and am available most of the time.

Quiet neighbourhood, with pleasing surroundings. Lots of bush and many interesting walks.

5 minutes to Katoomba by car, 40 minutes walking. Katoomba village is well appointed, lots of shops and coffee houses. The unique village of Leura is a short drive away. The train to Sydney will take 2 hours.

This accommodation is suited to 2 adults, and children over the age of 8 years. The flat is comfortable and cosy but the layout may cause injury to toddlers. It can get quite cold in the mountains even in summer so come prepared with good walking boots and warm attire.
Security- lock both doors when going out for the day
Electrics- turn off all electrics including stand by
Garden- only walk on the paths
Parking- off street but at the top of the drive
Bed- no eating in bed
Bathroom- when showering, always turn on extractor fan and turn off when finished
Green Bin- outside the unit is a green bin for recyclables
