Stableford House on the Golf Course

Stunning 'Stableford' overlooks the 18th fairway of Wentworth Falls Golf Course and is picture perfect. The white picket fence, tree-laced views, roaring log fire and beautifully appointed home combine to make this the perfect place for your Blue Mountains holiday. You don't have to be a golfer to appreciate all that Stableford has to offer. Set on 1,400 sqm of landscaped gardens, this designer home provides the ideal luxury holiday location. Whether you are coming for a quiet break or a get together with family and friends Stableford has it all.

Four spacious bedrooms, three marble bathrooms, formal living and dining, gourmet kitchen plus ducted central heating and a stylish double-sided Jet master log fire to keep you toasty and create that magical Mountain atmosphere.

Built in Australian Colonial style, you will love the high ceilings, ornate cornices, natural bluestone polished tiles, carpet to sink your toes into and a layout that balances open plan with separate living areas, so everyone has their own space.

The sleek kitchen has everything a master-chef needs from smart Smeg appliances to the all-important coffee machine. The massive master bedroom and all living areas overlook the golf course and French doors open onto a covered entertaining terrace where you can watch the golfer's tee-off in the early morning mist.

Guests will also enjoy unlimited free Wi-Fi Netflix and a pool table. Youngsters will be endlessly entertained whilst adults relax and enjoy the views or put the world to rights over a leisurely dinner around the dining table and log fire.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Great house for a group
This house is beautiful and a great layout for a large group. Every bedroom is lovely and the house was well equiped with everything you need. Will definitely be booking again.

Great Base for the Blue Mountains
We had a great stay in this beautiful property. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best everyday for our hikes and we didn’t make use of the hot tub but we did get out in spite of the rain. The area is stunning and there are fantastic views and vistas to be seen at numerous points along the highway. Communication prior to check in made for a very easy process. The house is comfortable and very well equipped for a family stay. Thank you

Big house, natural light poor, cheap appliances, no outdoor seating (those benches are at the wrong location) but we loved pool table and Nintendo WII. Great location.

Very clean well appointed house. Yard was muddy and trench outside meant area bit unpleasant.
Lovely and clean. But, Property hard to find at night. Directions fr/ centre of town wld be helpful ie take Station St, go over bridge, after 400m, left at Waratah Rd, right at Pauline, then left at Chancery, go to end. Not all sat navs picked up 79 Waratah, nor Chancery Lane. Also, a bit of stone on one front step broken but balanced in place. Trip hazard, needs repair.

Gorgeous property
This property is lovely, convenient and fun to stay in. With tons of different spots to hang out, gorgeous open kitchen and surreal surrounding greenland, it's a perfect spot for friends to sit around and relax. Thank you for our stay!

Amazing house, perfect for a large extended family like ours. Great Kitchen and entertaining area. Right on the golf course and about 7 minute drive from Katoomba town centre. Would definitely stay again if going to this area.

Stableford House is everything that it is advertised as. The home is beautiful, the kitchen a great size for groups and well fitted out and the gardens are pretty. The area has plenty to do, I’d go back in a heartbeat

Good property for a family gathering
Stableford was clean and comfortable. Central heating and the gas fire kept the house warm on cold days. There was plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that didn't work was the coffee machine.

Fantastic Property - Highly Recommended for Large Groups
Stableford is a beautiful property overlooking the Wentworth Falls Golf Course and is perfect for large groups. It is decked out with everything you require for your stay - you just need to turn up! Communication with the owner was fantastic and all our needs were accommodated. I can highly recommend this property and we had a fantastic long weekend.

House is big enough for a large group. Real shame that we couldn’t get the oven to work to heat up some yummy food even after property manager responded to request for help. The bedrooms with double beds need to be queen. They are too small for adults. Pool table is lots of fun and fireplace makes it very cosy.

Great mountains escape
This is a lovely well equipped house. We had a very comfortable stay as there was plenty of room. We cooked up a storm in the gourmet kitchen and enjoyed the gardens and views over the golf course. We will be back!
