You can park on the street. There is a lot of free parking near the building.

You need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

• Strictly no smoking – $150 charge from bond for evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events – $150 charge from bond for evidence of parties or events.
• Key loss will result in a charge of $200; if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $50 will be charged before 10 pm and we are not able to help with any key issues after 10pm.
• Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $100. Keys need to be placed back in our nominated place before the check-out time.
