Broken fixtures in the bathroom, mould in the grouting. Carpets in poor condition with holes and rips. Staff not attentive to guests resulting in multiple visits to the desk. Replacement towel (only one of the two just thrown onto the towel rack. Toilet dirty. Could not open the blinds all the way as the sheer curtain did not cover the entire window. No concern for guests checked luggage, we waited over an hour for ours to be secured in the room and it was only done after we enquired about it twice. Dirty carpets with a layer of dust and had to get rid of 3 big bugs in the room.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Great central location. A short walk from Central Station with plenty of transport options. The rooms were adequate for 2 people. Our only negative would be the lack of soundproofing (at least in the room we stayed in). You could easily hear noise and talking from adjacent rooms. But overall very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Clean, easy access. Only complaint was there was only 1 bath towel and no face washer. We were with two other couples and their rooms were the same, only towels provided were 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and a bathmat.

Checking in and out was easy. The room was large and had a nice view. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Central Station (trains, metro, light rail, buses), so it was easy to get to the beach, airport, etc. The only thing I didn’t like was the pillow — too big and firm.

I had a huge room. The balcony was littered with broken glass. Not good. It was noisy overnight ~ sounded like a building site - and the single glazing didn’t help. Despite the immense room (a real plus) and the proximity to Central station ……i’d not stay here again.

This property is very dated and in need of serious upgrades. When we checked in for a five night stay the receptionist said that they would only do a full room service on day three. Other days they would leave extra clean towels and emerge waste baskets. They never came. When we checked out, they said they would store our luggage in a locked room. To our surprised when we came back to pick up the luggage’s, it was left in an open area by the elevator.

The room was spacious and clean,the bathroom was a bit cramped with no door on the shower just a glass panel. The king bed wasn't, it was 2 three quarters pushed together,leaving an uncomfortable edge down the middle. Overall nice.
