During my stay at the hotel, I had a few unpleasant experiences: • There was a bad smell in the hallways, similar to that of a restroom, which was very disturbing. We reported this issue to the reception twice, but no action was taken. • There were no slippers provided. • The mattress was uncomfortable as it was made of two separate pieces. • The pillows were extremely thin, uncomfortable, and practically unusable.

We booked this almost a year out for New Years Eve 2024 & it was a great price. Staff were very helpful in storing our luggage before check in as we had an appointment nearby. It’s an easy walk to transport options. The room was large, very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony and it was a very quiet location. We would definitely recommend it & would book it again in the future.

My children and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. They always greeted us when we left or returned. The walls in the rooms were a bit thin but we are not light sleepers so we were not bothered by it. The room was small but clean. We would likely return again given the chance!

Staff at the hotel are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is in a good convenient location not far from Central station. If you’re booking this hotel because it mentions Laundry facilities, you will need to look elsewhere. No laundry facilities are available on-site. Laundromat within a 10-minute walking distance (near central station)

Being so close and walkable to the city and Darling Harbour I was surprised how quiet and peaceful it was. Universities and TAFE right next door means that there are plenty of budget price good Asian eateries and shopping at Haymarket. Accommodation was pleasant and comfortable for our needs.

12 Minute walk to Paddy's Market. Everything is acceptable except that after 10 PM. if you have any guests they need to give their IDs and additional 50 bucks if and when the price of the room at the point of purchase is different for two or more people. Even my University dormitory was more lenient. I am not going to speculate anything here but to set expectations right, this should be mentioned before booking. And it will definitely be better if they call themselves Dormitory rather than hotel.
