Home Truths

• Currently the building is going through building remediation. There is lots of noise from drilling & jack hammering. This is very disruptive.

• Property has air conditioning in living area.

• The second bedroom does not have built-in wardrobes but does have drawers under the bed and hooks for hanging.

• The clearance height for the underground garage is lower than average, please check with agent before booking if you have a 4-wheel drive or large car.

Excellent property, great location
The apartment has water views from every room and a large balcony overlooking the beach. It’s very well equipped, including lots of games and reading material. There were a few minor issues in that one of the windows didn’t close properly and the shower tap leaked but all in all pretty minor. We did however experience a few cockroaches but once we covered up all the floor vents and sprayed they stopped reappearing.
