• Currently the building is going through building remediation. There is lots of noise from drilling & jack hammering. This is very disruptive.
• Property has air conditioning in living area.
• The second bedroom does not have built-in wardrobes but does have drawers under the bed and hooks for hanging.
• The clearance height for the underground garage is lower than average, please check with agent before booking if you have a 4-wheel drive or large car.
