Bayview offers a spacious and comfortable home with beautiful north facing aspect and stunning views across Botany Bay.
The area is ideal for cycling, with easy access to local bush walks, mountain bike riding tracks and children's playground. Walk across the road to swim in the calm blue waters of Botany Bay which are ideal for all water sports, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, windsurfing. A 7 minute drive to the spectacular surfing beaches of Cronulla, including the 4WD beach at Boat Harbour.
The house is ideal for 1 or 2 families, sleeping 8-9 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a powder room upstairs. 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom downstairs.
With flexible bedding configuration bedrooms with single beds can be converted to king beds and a childs trundle bed can be placed in any room on request.
With large bi-fold doors leading out to the spacious front deck offering uninterrupted views over Botany Bay and the city skyline. A large flat yard including decked swim spa, there is no shortage of places to relax.
The ample kitchen is equipped with state of the art smeg appliances, caesar stone bench tops, and all the kitchen essentials.
The town has a relaxed coastal feel. The esplanade stretches the length of the beachfront with the boat ramp and children's playground at one end and Kamay National Park with wharf and education centre at the other end.
The town has many local cafes, takeaway shops and recreation club. The coffee is fantastic.
A slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bayview is sure to offer the perfect family holiday, still within easy reach of Cronulla or the Sydney CBD.
Flexibility: If you would like a price on renting our property for fewer guests, we can downsize to cater for anywhere between 2-8 guests. Please email Louise at Louise_Eddy@hotmail.com, (onsite host in separate completely separate residence) for appropriate pricing.

The owner or their rep turned up late on first night and took up occupancy in a small flat half way down property. It has plantation shutters opened during the day, we could see her so she could watch us in 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge. No notice of this on web site. It was an invasion of our privacy and showed a lack of trust of guests. Otherwise this was a great house, very well equipped, nice small touches, great view, parking for 3 cars, and was impressed by easy catering for 7. Ovens although smeg were in poor condition some rust . Rent was high when you found you unknowingly had to share and be observed. I hope this changes or they inform guests prior to paying

Perfect for a family holiday
What a super holiday home!! The beachside location, the spacious living areas, well equipped kitchen, choice of inside or outside dining, extremely comfortable beds, and the amazing kid friendly back yard, all added to making our vacation perfect. If you are wanting a pleasant, relaxed break, but with access to public transport to the city (bus at the front door and train from Cronulla), this is the holiday for you! The home is located in the flight path, but we were not bothered by the intermittent noise...it was actually exciting! Special mention to our host Louise... friendly, thoughtful but unobtrusive.
