※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived
RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown):
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 3 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived
Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited
- Please note this is a non-smoking home
- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
