The front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent -- there were a couple issues at the start, but they were addressed immediately and with the precision and skill of a 5 star hotel -- any issues I had were made right not only in the ways I expected, but in ways that went above and beyond, leading me to recommend this hotel and plan another booking. If you have a car this is a very poor option. They claim onsite parking but have limited availability. They recommend 2 nearby parking options, the one I used charged $120 for an overnight stay ($80 if you arrive after 6pm). I tried to explain to the hotel staff that suggesting this parking option was very poor advice but they weren't interested in my feedback and didn’t think their advice was should cause customer any problems. If you have a spare $120 per night to throw at parking they are probably correct, otherwise... maybe consider another hotel if you have a car.
