Holly Lodge is located in Medlow Bath in the beautiful Blue Mountains, NSW, and has been running as a holiday house for 18 years. Your relaxing escape is waiting for you in a gorgeous four-bedroom cedar chalet set on its own large tree-studded blocks. You will feel miles from civilisation, however, you are conveniently located only 8 minutes from Katoomba and Blackheath villages. The famous Hydro Majestic is an easy scenic stroll from Holly Lodge.
Holly Lodge is the perfect getaway accommodation for a romantic weekend, family retreat or just to enjoy nature and activities in the area. Only a 2-hour drive from Sydney this cedar chalet is set on its own large tree studded blocks minutes from Katoomba and Blackheath in the heart of the Blue Mountains.
Set amongst beautiful tall pine trees Holly Lodge offers a large loft bedroom upstairs (queen bed) and three-bedrooms downstairs (1 queen, 1 double, 1 single bunk bed), a cosy sitting area with a large open log-fire and additional combustion fireplace, dining table for 8, 49 inch LED TV, DVD and CD collections, board games and a covered veranda to sit and listen to the birds.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and beds have electric blankets, quilts, and pillows. Linen and towels are supplied for all beds. The kitchen has a gas stove top and an electrical oven. A dishwasher is installed also for your convenience. A Nespresso (classic) capsule machine is available as are salt, pepper, and olive oil. There are 2 bathrooms with a toilet each, 1 featuring a full-sized bath (with shower) and the other a shower.
There is free unlimited NBN internet with WiFi and the TV is connected to an Apple TV box with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV for your enjoyment and convenience.

As Holly Lodge is in a residential area, there is a strict no-party policy.
Holly lodge has been a full-time holiday letting since 2004! You have undisturbed access to the house and the surrounding land. For your convenience, a door code lock is installed allowing 24/7 access whenever suits you.
The driveway is steep and can be slippery when it's wet. If you can choose between a city car and an SUV, take the SUV for more comfort. Also, never reverse down the driveway. There is ample space to turn around at the house.

A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.
PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
