Perfectly positioned an easy flat 2 min stroll from Horderns beach with a tranquil shady yard and home comforts. Bright and breezy open plan studio with all the mod cons including fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, microwave, Soda stream, washing machine as well as coffee pod machine, tea, and basic pantry items. There is a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets and a generous ensuite bathroom with a large shower and amenities. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. You can't go past the shady grassed yard complete with a new fire pit area, BBQ, outdoor hot shower, lounges, festoon lighting, beach umbrella, and a hammock that says 'kick back and relax'. It also boasts a large TV with Chromecast for streaming and a Bluetooth speaker for the tunes. There is something for the whole family with wifi, board games, balls, two adult bikes, kids toys and beach equipment. For the more adventurous why not take our double kayak or paddle board to explore the magnificent crystal waters of the Port Hacking (available on request as it is shared between our two places) The bungalow is open plan studio style so ideally suits 2 persons or a small family. It can accommodate 2 couples so long as you're comfortable with the open plan bedding arrangements. Ask us about our front house which is also listed. It can accommodate up to 7 guests with a connecting gate combining the two properties.
We do consider pets upon request but ask that you familiarise yourself with local regulations regarding pets on beaches and within the national park before deciding to bring them along. Pets must remain strictly off all soft furnishings and owners are to clean up after them.
We have recently updated to include 'accessible features' given the bungalow is free of stairs and surrounding area is flat.
Note also that as yet there is no connecting door between the lounge and bedroom. This may pose an issue for some guests with small children.

Great location and great hosts
The location was fantastic, with a short walk to both the beach and nearby shops. My dog, Lola, loved running freely on the beach and had the time of her life. It was easy to access several nearby walking tracks. Communication with the hosts was excellent; Jenny was very responsive and helpful. Thank you again for having us—we hope to return soon!

Lovely stay in Bundeena
We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't have great weather, but the hosts had thought of everything so it was a lovely comfy place to while away a few days. Happi Too is fenced, close to a dog friendly beach and a walk to cafes with outdoor seating, so was great for the doggo too. Definitely recommend!

This was my 2nd time at the cottage and I took my partner this time. Lovely spot and cosy interiors, perfect for romantic stay. beach is walking distance which is great. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay
My wife, I and the dog stayed in the bungalow for one night in mid July 2023 and were impressed with it. It had everything that was needed, it is conveniently located and just 20 or so metres from the beach. The hosts are very friendly and only too willing to offer suggestions on where to eat. We recommend the property and would not hesitate in staying there again.

A great place to stay
The cabin had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, excellent bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Even mid winter we were comfortably warm. It is quite close to the township, National Park bush walks and the main beach. We hope to return later this year.

Highly recommend staying at Hapi Too if you plan on going to Bundeena. This place was truly amazing! They have thought of everything, it was like walking into your very own holiday home. There were books and board games, out door games, bicycles and fishing gear. The fire pit was a highlight, set up and ready to go! The beach is only a few minutes walk away, and the best pizza and quaint little bar just a walk up the street. Our son didn't want to leave! The only problem is we wished we had of booked a longer stay! Also, shout it to Jenny, the croissants were to die for, thank you!

Ideal Bundeena beach retreat
We were thrilled with the accomodation - it was very clean and had everything we needed and especially loved the enclosed garden for our small dog. It was so close to walk to the beach and get coffee from many of the cafes and walk to the national parks. Jenny even left us croissants to cook for our breakfast- such a treat.

We had a fabulous stay at Hapi Too Bundeena. Jenny and David were great hosts and the place was an oasis. The croissants were to die for the proximity to the beach was fantastic. So cosy!
A perfect place for a single or a couple to get away from the city. Property was clean and tidy, with ample facilities. Even had fresh milk in the fridge! Along with many other things in the pantry. All facilities were great, only wish there was air conditioning and more ventilation but otherwise. 💯 Would stay again for sure.

Everything that a couple could need for a great getaway.
This house, while small has everything that a couple needs whether it's a short stay or a long stay. The owners are great communicators yet give you all the privacy you need. It's a short walk to the beach or to the local shops. The beach allows dogs and we were able to bring our dog along on our stay. I would definitely stay there again.
