Apartment was absolutely filthy. Mould all over the bathroom walls and tiles, carpets and bedding dirty with visible stains, cockroaches inside, cigarette butts outside on the balcony. I had to go and purchase cleaning products and wash the bedding before we could sleep there. Property management unhelpful

This is the second time I have stayed at the property and I have no hesitation in saying I will stay again sometime. The place is very conveniently located for grocery shopping and public transport.

Before booking with this host, I strongly advise you to think twice and check reviews on other platforms. The host required a damage deposit, which was stated in the rules. However, it was not mentioned that the deposit had to be made via bank transfer instead of via Expedia, leaving Expedia with no control over it. The apartment had a lot of broken items, as noted in a comment from Alan dated April 25, 2023. There were stains everywhere, including on the carpet, blinds, and chairs. I even found mould inside the dishwasher and bathroom. I had to take numerous photos as evidence because the host held my deposit. On the fourth day of my stay, I discovered water leaking under the carpet and reported it to the host. I thought it would protect my damage deposit from being held, unfortunately, I was wrong. When I checked out, the host refused to refund my damage deposit, alleging that I had caused stains on the carpet. However, the "stain" was actually a rust mark from the bar chair provided by the host, which probably came off due to the wet carpet. The host also accused me of causing the leakage without providing any evidence, claiming that I could have run the tap for 24 hours or misused the dishwasher causing the leakage. I wish I could post more photos in the review as supporting to my statement above! The only advantage of this apartment is its location, and free parking. However, with the apartment being poorly managed, I would not recommend it to anyone.

This property should not be called "Designed Home Of Ultimate Convenience In Gordon". We were very disappointed that there were a lot of things broken or not working or missing in the apartment: - Dishwasher won't work as it cannot drain the water - No dish drying rack in the kitchen except for a wooden plate rack, no glasses except for 3 wine glasses and plastic cups, scissors broken, limited kitchen utensils, a mix of crockery, just the bare basics basically - Main bathroom: shower soap holder keeps rotating and dropping the soap bar - Main bedroom: Bedside lamp with a usb plug to power it but no usb adapter - Main living area: rod to adjust vertical blind broken, sleeper couch damaged - 2nd bathroom: toilet holder broken, door handle falling apart - 2nd bedroom: rod to adjust right hand side vertical blind missing, no bedside lamps - Patio: fly screen door not attached This apartment requires care and maintenance and in its current condition should not be available to rent. I would NOT recommend booking this apartment and the marketing photos need to be updated to what it looks like currently and not how it looked when it was first listed on Expedia.

It was a great stay in such high classed Gordon area in Sydney! The apartment is so big that having all you would ask for. Nice kitchen, onsuite, bath, dinner table, washing machine, huge balcony, etc. Close to train station and shopping street, but still very quite with beautiful view. Love the sun set! Will surely book this as first choice next time!

The property was super clean, the kitchen appliances worked unlike others I have stayed. The WIFI was fast and having Woolworths at a700mt stroll, it was great. The host was VERY helpful when I had some access questions which were answered on email IMMEDIATELY. Fantastic stay.
