Access was unsafe due to flooding in heavy rain. The premises were undergoing renovation and the builders had not rectified drainage from the access. We had booked two nights but were compelled to relocate elsewhere. The premises should really have been closed during the renovation. The manager Jason was helpful and understanding.
Good location.
Never saw any staff but given codes which worked to access property & room.

We had a lovely room. There were no staff around to ask anything. There was no hot water in the morning.
We couldn't get wifi. The shared kitchen was filthy.
Apart from that it was ok!

Really needs air conditioning. One bed light didn’t work. Batteries in remote for TV were flat so unable to use TV. Took batteries from communal lounge TV remote so we could use our TV thankfully.

The lodge room was very clean. Very comfortable to stay . I recommend this place if you are in Sydney.
We loved the family room! Had everything we needed - comfy beds for 4 people, en suite and air-con. Large, spacious, quiet and perfect location for exploring Sydney.
In a great spot - right on the top of a hill in kirribilli to catch the breezes and within walking distance of the train and great places for breakfast. Clean and safe however no airconditioning. It was breezy enough and it has ceiling fans. I came from Brisbane February humidity so i was fine with it, but if you come from a southern state you might find this an issue in Summer.

The property is well located, however being in Sydney the rooms need air conditioning - a fan on hot humid days is ineffective. The room cleanliness was also lacking - the sheets were thin and the floor was covered in other peoples various hair colours and lengths - very off putting. The water pressure was also low and no hot water in the bathroom basin.

Room poorly prepared. No written info .TV did not work which one of staff admitted when we enquired,
no work desk as advertised .
bad energy so did not stay . Went elsewhere .

The only item that concerns me is leaving an envelope that is not sealed at the desk with my name and room number and security code in it. Anyone could open it take note of the room number and code and I would never know.
