The Space:
Our 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for those wishing to spend a relaxing getaway in Bondi or a site seeing adventure in the city. With its large windows, our art deco style apartment is bathed in light and has a constant breeze moving throughout.

* 63 sqm light filled 2nd floor apartment.
* Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cook top, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

* Large and comfortable sofa for lounging and watching TV.

* One of the bedrooms has a big spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage and hangers
* Compact bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
* The laundry is shared and is on the main level at the back of the building. It is 3 dollars per load of washing or drying.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. We will have one cupboard locked with some of our personal storage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
No car? No problem. The apartment is situated within walking distance to everything you may need. There are numerous cafes for your morning coffee within a short walking distance! Our favourite is right across the street. After picking up your morning beverage you can take a leisurely stroll down to the beach or continue on to do a beautiful coastal walk. Bondi has some of the most highly regarded dining options in Sydney. We are in a great location to stroll home from after a beautiful meal and a few glasses of wine. There is a Harris Farm Market, Woolworths, and IGA all within walking distance to the apartment. There are also many shops to peruse right at our doorstep.
Getting Around:
Although you could easily spend your entire time relaxing in Bondi, transit out of the neighbourhood is really quite accessible. Less than 100 meters from our doorstep, the 379 Bus to Bondi Junction stops. Once you are at Bondi Junction you will have access to many different busses and trains which can take you on your next adventures.
There is free 2 hr parking on the street out front of our building. You can sometimes find free unrestricted parking on Hall St. which is a block over.
Other Things to Note:
The laundry is shared and is on the main level at the back of the building. It is 3 dollars per load of washing or drying.
Although we have no issues with children/infants staying in the apartment, please be mindful that the apartment is not child proofed for safety and there is no infant specific bed/bedding. We are on the second floor with large windows without screens or protective barriers.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
