This relaxing beachside 1 bedroom apartment with parking is in the heart of iconic Bondi Beach, only a 3 min walk to the famous white sands, blue ocean and picturesque coastal walks. The apartment has been meticulously renovated with timber floors and air con throughout, plantation shutters and stone top benches. Enjoy a glass of wine on the comfy couch whilst watching Netflix on the large smart TV. Cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and public transport are all at your doorstep.
The Space:
Lovingly renovated, this 3rd floor apartment features stylish timber floorboards and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen/lounge area is open plan, with a dining suite for 4 and a comfy sofa which folds out to provide a double bed if required. The large smart TV is wall mounted and comes complete with Netflix.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a 4-hotplace electric cooktop and oven, microwave and plenty of stone bench top space to make your favourite recipes. Plantation shutters allow you to control the light flow. There's also a washing machine and dryer under the kitchen bench for your convenience.
The cosy main bedroom has a queen size bed with a brand-new firm mattress, generous storage, and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, perfectly suited for long stays. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated with stone tiles and has a large shower recess.
Although in the heart of Bondi Beach, the apartment is quiet as it's located at the back of the building away from the street noise below.
Note: This apartment building has no elevator so it's not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The Neighborhood:
With its pearl white sands, curling waves and sandstone cliffs, Bondi Beach is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches, offering something for everyone from swimming, surfing and sunbathing. Don’t miss the famous Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, a picturesque 6 kilometre trail with spectacular ocean views. There may be a chance to spot whales.
A free outdoor beach gym for cardio and stretching is located on the grasslands at Bondi Beach, along with a children's playground, a short distance to the ‘kids pool’ on the north side of the beach, perfect for small children.
A large variety of shops, bars and eateries to suit any budget are also at your doorstep, along Campbell Parade, Hall Street and other streets back from the beach. An IGA supermarket is across the road, with a Woolworths supermarket and Harris Farm fresh food markets only a 2 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Parking is available for $35 per day just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Parking must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours prior to check in, directly with the owner. If guests require parking, they can contact Maisonnets via book@maisonnets.com and we'll provide them with the owner's WhatsApp. If you prefer public transport, Uber, taxi and buses are close at hand. Regular bus services along Campbell Parade will take you to Bondi Junction, one of Sydney’s major transport and shopping hubs, or all the way into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Parking - we have one paid parking nearby the apartment (5 minutes walk away). $35 per night.
* There is an additional charge of $40per person per night should you require the sofa bed to be set-up.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
