► We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries.
► We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. ► Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. This fee not only covers the additional resources required to accommodate late departures but also helps us maintain our commitment to punctuality and respect for all guests. You will be liable for any associated costs and additional fees incurred from damages, relating to our loss of a subsequent guest reservation or booking alternative accommodations for any part of the time you overstayed. Can't beat the view, and the ferry stop being a 1 minute walk away makes getting around Sydney easy. Only downside about the location is the bus stop out the front, meaning the early morning and late night beeping when it reverses could be an irritant for some. But others may not be bothered, and would enjoy having a bus stop literally on the doorstep.

The million dollar view
Accomodation was clean and had everything you need. Great location, so handy to the ferry to get around. But let’s be honest the view is what it’s all about - the best entertainment going is watching the harbour go about being the harbour and the ever changing view of the bridge throughout the day.
