Located just footsteps of world-famous Bondi Beach, our ‘Artscape Bondi Beach Abode’ is perfectly situated for deluxe summer living. You can smell the salt water from the house and feel the Bondi atmosphere around you, whilst being perfectly situated in a quiet leafy street for you to relax in your downtime.

We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!

Bondi Beach is world famous and needs no introduction. The beach is fully patrolled by lifeguards (just remember to swim in between the yellow & red flags). The north end of the beach is perfect for babies in the seawater pool. Additionally, it's great for kids in the sea and the best for beginners to learn how to surf.

The Sydney CBD is 20min by car. Bondi Junction Westfield is 10min by car. There is an awesome shopping village less than 100m away that includes a "Harris Farm Markets" for amazing fresh groceries. Plus, all trendy shops and the famous Bondi restaurants are all within 100m including "Hurricanes Grill" and the local trendy gem: "Mad Pizza".

With FREE unlimited WIFI available throughout the home, accommodating up to max 8 guests in 3 Queen bedrooms, a media room that can accommodate a further 2 adults (one sofa bed and one floor mattress) the house is perfect for groups (friends, wedding, corporate stays, etc) or extended families.

Artscape is clean, fresh and fully renovated in original condition and features a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and living area that is set up to accommodate groups up to 10 people. There is a large outside dining table in the Euro-style courtyard that is perfect for dining and get-togethers both summer and winter.

There are multiple chill-out areas with large smart Smart TV’s, perfect for streaming Netflix and all your other favourite TV shows!

All beds have luxurious mattresses with extra support for a sound night's sleep. All bedding has natural fibre 5* hotel quality linen, with all stays including additional towels and beach towels.

Artscape features a washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes & beach items during your stay.

There is enough seating and chairs for your group to relax & enjoy our unique and very fun focussed Bondi abode.

PLEASE NOTE: Our home has a strict NO PARTY policy & we do NOT accept Bucks or Bachelor parties at all without prior approval.

The space is perfect for families/ groups staying in Sydney for weddings or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a Bucks weekend.

HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
*Child/Infant friendly
* The home can accommodate up to 10 guests with the sofa bed for a fee of $140 and the air mattress for a fee of $100. Please let us know upon booking if these options are required.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.

*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.

*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.

*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.

*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.

*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.

* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

THINGS TO KNOW:

*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

*The 2 singles bed in the first bedroom can be converted into 1 king beds. Should you require this, please inform us upon booking so we can set this up for you.

* This property is suitable for babies or children and we have a cot and highchair available at the home. However, we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the cupboard under the stairs for you to set up.

* There is only paid meter street parking out the front of the home. The price and time limit may differ depending on the dates.

*The home now has aircon units in all of the bedrooms. Fans are provided for comfort in the living rooms.

*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

*Our home does not come with a car spot, but if you wish to avail a parking permit, you may apply for a visitors permit from the council: https://www.waverley.nsw.gov.au/residents/parking/permits

We had a great stay - the house was fantastic as we all had our own space and the location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the shops Would highly recommend that you advise guests that if you have a car to arrange a parking permit with The Waverley Council as street parking is very expensive Also please note that the bins were full and on the street and the neighbours were not happy about this and we had a visit from The Waverley Council on this
