The place is perfect for large groups as sits next door to another 2 bedroom granny flat and would be suitable for larger groups who would like to stay together.

The external part of the house is yet to be painted. To be done in the near future. It is a tired looking at this stage, but the property is great value with the interior of the house being renovated.

The floor space is approximately 90 sq metres. There are plenty of large windows in the house so the house is very light and airy. While there is a yard at the front, there is no private yard as such if you were wanting to have private space for a BBQ. The large porch shown in the photo would mostly be used if you wanted to sit outside.


Please be aware, outside the back door, there are steps. The concrete path has been removed as this will be replace with new concrete.

The location was perfect for us and the owner was very easy to deal with. However the there was towels that were shredded hanging in the bathroom, the taps in the bathroom needed fixing as they fell off, the toilet seat was wobbly, these problems need attention. The property was clean.

Home was lovely inside, could use some maintenance on the exterior. No secure parking and some disturbance and violent behavior from 2 near by properties including erratic behavior behind the wheel almost colliding with my vehicle. Otherwise ok

Property was clean and newly renovated. Location was suitable for easy travel to Eastern Creek. Pillows were old and flat and the extra mattress was thin (not suitable for an adult).
