Cozy cottage with swimming pool, spa and sauna. Within walking distance from one of the best and family friendly beaches in the area.

The center of the house is the living area with an open kitchen and a view of the indoor pool, where you can keep an eye on the kids while they swim. You also have three bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal. After an active day of vacation, the jacuzzi and sauna invite you to enjoy nice wellness moments.

Spend your vacation in the garden when the weather is nice and enjoy the sun on the terrace with garden furniture. Thanks to the grill you can prepare delicious barbecue dishes.

After a short walk you can reach the sea and the sandy beach, where you can spend wonderful days by the water. The charming Sønderborg with nice stores and gastronomy can be reached after a short drive.

Einfach, aber funktioniert
Man darf hier keinen Luxus erwarten. Das Haus ist abgewohnt und teilweise auch dreckig. Wen es nicht abschreckt, an der ein oder anderen Ecke selbst mal einen Putzlappen zu schwingen, wird hier allerdings trotzdem einen netten Urlaub verbringen können, weil die elementaren Dinge funktionieren. Alle Geräte und der Pool sind intakt, wenn die 24 Grad auch recht kalt sind. Unseren Kindern hat es jedenfalls gefallen.

Super Lage, aber starker Renovierungsstau
Die Umgebung und Lage ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch hat das Haus alles da, was man so braucht. Leider war es nicht besonders sauber, Whirlpool und Hotpot draußen waren defekt. Garten sehr ungepflegt. Schimmel im Poolraum und Bad. Defekte Lampen aus Glas, suoer gefährlich, gerade für Kinder. Wir würden das Haus nicht wieder buchen.

Das Ferienhaus ist leider schon recht abgenutzt und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Pool war okay und sauber. Bilder versprechen ein viel größeres Areal. Max für 6 Personen.
