The Space:
The cozy fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people – perfect for family holidays! The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment comes with a private balcony fitted with garden furniture. A bed layout includes a double sofa bed and a double bed. The apartment is a real holiday haven, to which guests can return with pleasure after a day full of seaside excitement. The bright aesthetics of the decor, the comfort of new furniture and the functionality of the equipment create a homely atmosphere. The amenities range from multimedia (free Wi-Fi connection and a TV with Polish and German channels) and convenient household appliances (a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine, a hair dryer). The apartment's facilities can be supplemented with a crib and a high chair on request (50 PLN/day).

The Neighborhood:
This cozy holiday apartment is situated in the center of Świnoujście, in a new estate Kwartał Róży Wiatrów, next to the park and only 1 km from the seaside Promenade and beach. The estate includes a playground, gardens introducing greenery, and a parking garage. The location offers the best of two worlds: on the one hand proximity to the city center, on the other hand the seclusion of a well maintained SPA Park. A walk through this expansive park leads to the famous Promenade, filled with restaurants, cafes and many holiday attractions. From the Promenade there is direct access to a sandy, wide beach - a must for any seaside vacation. A walk in the other direction leads to the Bielik ferry crossing (500 m), the city's downtown shopping district (350 m) and a shopping mall (1.4 km). The Swinoujscie resort can be comfortably explored along the network of bicycle paths: numerous bicycle rentals are an opportunity for great family fun.
