"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. "Our stay was excellent. Beautiful cottage in an excellent location, close to Castlebar with good road connections for touring the beautiful county of Mayo. The hosts Declan and Laura are very welcoming and very accommodating. Absolutely lovely people. A real genuine "Cead Mile Failte" is felt here. "This was a lovely home within walking distance to the town and its amenities. Also very close to golf and the beaches. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Our only suggestion is to include some street names in the directions provided."
