Yr Hen Ysgol - historic cottage in grounds of manor house
A large two bed cottage is to be found nestled in the grounds of the Manor house. This private dwelling sits on its own large lawn alongside the river Clydach. Relax in the sunny orangery with the window open and you'll hear the babbling stream sounds. You'll find plenty of space here with a welcome for your pet too. Yr Hen Ysgol, so called because it used to act as a school for servants and children of the Plas Estate, and is a genuine farmhouse cottage with its traditional Rayburn oven for cooking and keeping the whole house as warm as toast on a winter's day. With one king size bedroom and one twin, HDTV and free WiFi, you've all the comforts of home in the countryside.

Simply perfect
A beautiful, quiet site boasting a clean well kept cottage with a well equipped kitchen. Nothing negative to say. Strong recommendation.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was clean ans had everything we needed for visit to Wales. The surrounding gardens and farm were lovely and we will certainly return.
