Maryland is in the pretty coastal village of Langland. Just a short drive from Mumbles, Langland is instantly recognisable by its pretty beach huts. This charming holiday hotspot is great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. The village has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant.

Kitchen: gas range double oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.


Dining area : large round extendable table with seating for 8.
Utility room : washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1 : super king size bed (convert to 2 x single beds).
Family bathroom : step in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Reception 3: electric fireplace, 2 sofas.
Bedroom 2: super king size bed (converts to 2 x single beds).
Ensuite: bath with shower over, 2 wash hand basins, WC.
Bedroom 3 : super king size bed (converts to 2 x single beds)

Bedroom 4 : super king size bed (converts to 2 x single beds).

Parking: parking for 2 cars comfortably (3 cars at a squeeze).

Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
