A lovely coastal apartment for two, just a 20 minute stroll to Oxwich bay. Coastal View is at Sealands Farm with easy access to the coastal path leading down to sandy beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops. Accommodation is stylish with an open plan living area and French doors onto the garden. Perfect for relaxing with a coffee and admiring the sea views!
This dog friendly apartment is well placed for getting out and about and exploring the beautiful Gower Peninsular. Oxwich Bay has a host of watersport crafts available to hire alongside a cafe, shop and restaurants. If it’s culture you’re looking for, why not explore one of the many castles and historical houses in the area. Head to the maritime city of Swansea for some retail therapy or simply relax in the garden… the choice is yours!
Size: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom Beds: 1 x king size bed
Accommodation Ground Floor Lounge/dining area: 2 large sofas , flatscreen TV and DVD player, dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen area: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, integrated microwave, single oven and ceramic hob. Master bedroom: king size bed. Shower room: shower cubicle, wash hand basin.
Entertainment: flatscreen TV and DVD player. Outside: area laid to gravel and grass with rattan furniture for 4. Parking: off road parking. General: changeover day - Saturday. Oil CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Sea views. 4 star rating. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. (£100 security deposit required for bookings with pets).
