Accommodation Ground Floor Master bedroom: double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table. Ensuite: step-in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: double bed with free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3: double bed with free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 4: twin beds and wardrobe. Bathroom: bath with a separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
First Floor Dining room: dining table and 10 chairs. Lounge: comfortable leather seating. TV and feature stone fireplace. Kitchen: 4-ring hob with oven below, microwave, under the counter fridge & freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and 4 stools. Utility Room: Tumble dryer, washing machine and a second fridge. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV and Table tennis in garage. Outside: rear lawned garden, outdoor furniture for 8 people. Charcoal barbecue (in garage). For families: stair gates (for ground floor & 1st floor). Travel cot, potty and highchair available. Parking: Gated large driveway with ample parking, use of part of the garage for storage of bikes/surfboards etc. General: changeover day - Saturday. Gas (LPG) CH. Bed linen & towels provided. WiFi. 4 star rating. Pets: 1 small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. Available for short breaks over New Year.
