"Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

"Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. "The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. Lovely area, close walk to the beach access. Had an issue with our sink not draining, the property manager was on top...

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We’ll miss our stay, and can’t wait to return someday. Also, the little black kitty became our friend! Excellent place!"

"If you are out to enjoy a good neighborhood and outdoor activities,- it is a perfect spot to be! House interior and study of supplies were very lovely. Unfortunately, we vacationed at the property at the hurricane time and mostly stayed inside. Strong smell of the mold was unevitable."

"Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The golf cart is fun and makes getting to the beach a breeze. Our family enjoyed the board games. One request: please get a pool heater :)"

"Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. "I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . "

"We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "

"We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. G ot the tail end of Hurricane Helene and were high and dry. The beach is lovely. I had for gotten how much I enjoy Atlantic beaches. There is also a pool for those who don't want sand between their toes! The unit was well stocked and had everything you would need to cook a meal. I hope to come back to Emerald Isle!"
