"The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. Theres only three rooms so its not overly busy and the parking is very secure with a phone controlled gate on entry and exit to the property. "This place is far from lovely with no attention to detail. Furniture sporadically deposited in random rooms with a new kitchen that is little more than lipstick on a pig. Uncomfortable single beds, not a lamp or a bedside table to be found anywhere in the house. Owner is just out for a quick buck. Hotels.com need to inspect this place. Terrible experience save yourself and never stay here "
