A few things to know: Access to the front door is controlled by an app you will need to download and that will be activated with a code reception will give you. There are plenty of bathrooms but you either need to being your own towel or rent one at reception in the morning. No guarantee towels will be available. First come first served (I did secure one). "When we arrived, Max was so welcoming and we lucked out with our room already being ready. Our room had everything we needed and we had a great view of the river and bridges. This hotel is in a terrific location to get to Borough Market, St.Pauls cathedral, Sky Garden, Horizon 22 and Tower Bridge just to name a few places. I would highly recommend this hotel."
