"Everything about the guest house was superb, including the en-suite bedroom and the breakfast. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, they even made our dog welcome with dog bowl, blanket, towel and treats in the bedroom. It was the perfect end to out fortnight's walking holiday on the South West coastal path and we would certainly stay at Taunton House again if we ever returned to the area. "

"The property was very charming and clean. I personally could not do the 15 minute walks to the local shops etc due to mobility issues so had to use the car all the time. Swanage is a lovely place to stay with some scenic views and friendly people. "

"The location was excellent. The property itself was beautifully decorated but with a several maintenance issues that arose it seemed it was more geared for summer rentals. Saying that we had a lovely stay with ample walks nearby and great pubs and restaurants. "
