This light and airy house benefits from a decked area to take advantage of the warm sunny days. This is an ideal base to explore the many local attractions.
Size : Sleeps 6, 2 x bedrooms. Beds : 1 x double bed, 1 x small double bed, 1 x sofa bed. Rooms : 2 x bedrooms, 1 x ensuite, 1 x bathroom, open plan kitchen/living/diner. Kitchen and Utilities : Modern kitchen area with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, under the counter fridge and wine fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, stool seating and under floor heating. Entertainment : Wifi, smart TV, DVDs, books and games. Outside : Decked area with garden furniture. Parking : For one car and unrestricted roadside parking in nearby residential roads. General : Gas Central heating, no smoking, linen, and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Pets : Two dogs allowed

Excellent property in a lovely town
Netton house was perfect for our 3 night stay and had everything we needed. The contemporary accommodation was clean and really well maintained. Swanage is a lovely town, with plenty of pubs, reastaurants and shops. Our eating out highlights were Chilled Red (fish) and Purbeck Plaza (tapas) and we heartily recommend paying them a visit.
