"I’ve been staying at this property since I was a child, since just after the 1984 extension was added. I am amazed at how well maintained everything is given the age of the property. We were really impressed by how clean everything was, the contactless check in worked brilliantly, it was great having access to extras that could just be picked up in the hallway. I enjoy a lovely swim in the pool and we had much fun with the ping pong. I really love the indigenous planting that you are currently...

"Ok. So it's not a hotel. Duh. While a little cute the description is accurate. It's a bedroom in a shared home with a shared bathroom. It's very good at that. Good sized room. Comfy big bed. TV. Access to modern kitchen and deck. Spa. Nice dog. Nice people. At the price it delivers above it's type."

"Sheree and Paul were fantastic hosts! This property is a hidden gem in the Mornington peninsula. We went here for a relaxing time after our wedding and we were transported to Spain through this property! Will definitely be back!"

"Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location."

"This was very clean, not a lot of room for cooking, and quite noisy in the evenings, with music from the hospitality venues at the back of the property. Would suggest an air fryer would make a big difference to the cooking area"

"Theatre Room is spectacular! Property is very clean. Great + caring hosts (You'll practically not even notice you're living above them - in saying that, if you have any issues or requests they will be very prompt in assisting as needed)."

"Everything was great the accomodation is set prefect for an intimate getaway. The attention to detail from all the staff was memorable!"

"Although a beautiful building from the outside, the Guest House is looking a bit tired on the inside. We never saw a single person neither hotel staff nor another guest during our stay, which made for a rather strange experience. The room was small but reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Wifi ok, but not many power points in the room. Queenscliff itself is a gorgeous old-style Australian town with some interesting shops and beautiful buildings."
