"Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! "This hotel says it is 4 star hotel. I would definitely not agree. The location is beautiful nature area near the water but the property is in serious need of attention. The immense amount of cobwebs in the pergola covered walking areas and dead vegetation in the gardens was frankly depressing and creepy. The carpet was in need of replacement 20 years ago easily. No A/C in Denmark is normal but what I don't understand is, if you KNOW everyone will have to open the windows, why wouldn't they have...

"Everything was well organized we just felt like being home. The location is perfect for rest as it is very quite neighborhood however the location is good is you want to explore the main attractions. We will come back for sure."

Great stay at Hørby Færgekro

"First of all, the waterfront location is second to none - one of a kind. The view over the fjord towards i.a. the lights from Holbæk city. The service is top notch. The restaurant too. And the breakfast inviting and tasty. Local products in both the kitchen and among the drinks in the restaurant. See you again. As soon as possible. One note: very, very friendly prices, in general. Value for money. All the best, Anders, Aarhus, Denmark"

"The hotel lived its days in the past. Rooms where smelly like something really old was there. Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. I had ack hurt after the night. Shower mixer stile like in the old days wth 2 seperate regulators for hot and cold water. Shower itself kind of small and the showerr curtains always sticks to the body while showering. Breakfast was the only part which was better than anything else in this hotel. I would personally not come back there."
