"A hotel in what used to be an electric mill. The whole hotel is designed with that history in mind in a cool way. The restaurant at entrance level is really nice and there is an option for lunch takeout with additional pay. The breakfast is good, the staff are excellent - shoutout to Christian for being awesome. Located relatively close to the trains station. Spacey rooms (relatively) even for solo. The door keys are actual keys with grindstone as keychain, as part of the design (which is nice), but it's quite bulky."

"Property was under construction during our stay. Didn't really affect us much. We had to walk down the street for our breakfast. The breakfast was AMAZING!! So many gluten free and vegan options. Missing the waffles already. The staff were super friendly. "

"We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back. "

"Lovely little chalet-style hotel set in the famous ski resort of Lillehammer. Comfortable and warm but the room could have been a little cleaner (hence the 4 stars). The buffet breakfast was absolutely huge and delicious. A nice stay."

"Reception offered sauna as a free amenity. This was so needed after a long day drive. Clean room, good breakfast."

"The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench! This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. Guests get free tea and coffee too and a great breakfast is included. The room was large (2 beds plus bunk beds!) and overlooked the platform but was silent with no noise at all from the station. There is also a special room available containing a lounge and kitchen which can be used if required - especially useful for longer-term guests as it included a fridge The only downside was that there were no bedside lights which meant that you had to get out of bed to turn off the main light! Crazy! "
