In a small village near the medieval Svetvincenat is placed this beautiful vacation home. It has very high quality and stylish furniture and is completely adapted to the standard of today. In the spacious basement there is a sauna. An entertaining setting is also provided by the tavern, where there is an additional kitchen and where you can also play billiards or darts. Refreshment from the summer heat can be found in the pool or in the shade of the covered terrace. The pool is equipped with hydro massage. Visit Rovinj, Porec, Rabac and the ancient Pula. In Pula you will experience the Roman times, culture and good cuisine up close. The house owner rents the neighboring house under CIC408.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
