This high quality and sun-drenched holiday home is located in a quiet village near Pula and Rovinj. There are still 2 holiday homes on the large and fenced property. However, the house is surrounded by a hedge and trees, so that your privacy remains secure. There are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court and playground, as well as a bocce court, available for guests to use together. The heated swimming pool, with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing, invites you to refreshing moments and relaxation. A covered terrace with summer kitchen and a large dining table are available for culinary experiences with your family. In the adjoining sauna with bathroom you can also work up a sweat on cool evenings. The villa is modern and tastefully decorated and fully air-conditioned. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. In the basement of the house there is a leisure room with billiards and kitchen. Furthermore there are: Playstation2, 2 table tennis rackets, 4 bicycles, a seesaw, a slide and bocce balls. Visit the magical village of Vodnjan! The landmark of the small town, visible from afar, is the highest church tower in Istria at 60 meters. This belongs to the Basilica of Saint Blaise. The new water park (Istralandia) and adventure park (Glavani park) are the ideal destination for adrenaline-packed fun

A Villa with everything
Couldnt ask for more from this villa, everything was of a high quality. Make sure you have your own transportation though, since the nearest shop is quite far.

Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer, das Haus hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen! Sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch sportlich kann man sich austoben: Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Boccia, Basketball, Tischtennis, Billard, Tischfußball, Schwimmen, Mountainbiken,… … und vor allem diese Ruhe!

Wir haben die Villa Alma im Juli 2020 mit 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder/Teenager) gebucht. Das Objekt entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten, auch mal einen oder mehrer Regentage ohne Langeweile zu überstehen. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung haben wir wegen Corona gemieden. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren auch die Vermieter, Sanja und Zoran. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wow what can we say, we had such an amazing time!!!!!!!Thanks so much to Sanja and Zoran for a warm welcoming and a lovely holiday in Villa Alma we are really enjoyed our stay. We found Villa Alma very spacious , very clean, comfortable with plenty of space and privacy and everything what you can wish for .It couldn’t be more perfect!!!! This break was so ideal for everyone of us! All of us were constantly occupied, either swimming in the pool ( amazingly clean and warm) or playing ping pong or tennis and also jacuzzi and lots more.... Thanks

Entspannung für die ganze Familie
Wir waren 9 Leute im Haus und sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder haben sich während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben das Haus genau so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und vor allem die Ruhe rund um das Haus war sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne und moderne Residenz mit besonderer Ausstattung und sehr netter Vermieterin
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. (Besteck, Spülmaschine, Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine uvm.) Wir waren über eine Woche mit 10 Personen dort und mehr als zufrieden mit der Inserat. Bei der Ankunft empfing uns die sehr nette Vermieterin herzlichst und zeigte uns alle Seiten des Hauses. Gerade der Keller mit eigener Bar und Billiard, sowie Kicker und Tischtennisplatte, war eines der Highlights des Hauses. Die Residenz bietet alles was man braucht und ist gerade in der Sommerzeit perfekt für einen erholsamen und lustigen Urlaub. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und konnte durch die Heizung auch abends ohne Bedenken genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft lässt sich ohne Frage weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht
Wir waren mit 9 Personen in dieser super Villa. Alles war perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und die Räume wirken noch größer als auf den Bildern im Internet. Es gibt auch super Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten auf dem gesamten Gelände. Ob Tennis, Boccia, Billard, Tischtennis, Kicker, Basketball und Fahrrad fahren für aktive Urlauber, oder im Pool entspannen, in der Sauna relaxen bzw. ein Glas Wein im Weinkeller zu sich nehmen wenn man es etwas gemütlicher angeht, hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr wenn Fragen oder Wünsche anstehen. Ein größeres Lebensmittelgeschäft zum Einkaufen ist ca. 7 km entfernt. Und frische Brötchen sowie Kleinigkeiten kann man in ca. 3 km Entfernung in einem kleinen Laden erwerben. Ausflüge nach Pula oder zum Kap Kamenjak können wir sehr empfehlen. Kurze Fahrzeiten und sehr schöne Eindrücke! Wir waren alle super zufrieden und würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Fabulous holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday at the villa. It was immaculately clean (inside and out), very spacious and contained everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Zoran and Sanja were very welcoming and keen to make sure all our needs were met. We used the tennis courts and bikes, which were great for the kids. The pool area is a real highlight of the villa - there is lots of shade plus a fantastic barbecue/outdoor kitchen area, so you really don't need to move far on lazy days. The closest shop is 3km away, but all other amenities are within a 20 minute drive. We would whole heartedly recommend this villa and definitely hope to return in the future.

Beautiful, clean, spacious villa
Lovely villa. There were 5 of us. Good activities, aways something to do. Big bedrooms all W suite. Lovely pool area and great to have bicycles. Would recommend. Only things we would have liked more of were plates and cutlery. About a 20 minute drive to beaches and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beeindruckend schoen!
Wir haben schon in mehreren Ferienhaeusern unseren Urlaub verbracht, aber Villa Alma war wirklich der Hoehepunkt. Besser geht es nicht. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen fuer eine Woche zu Gast in diesem Haus und das Wetter war nicht besonders gut. Trotzdem kam keine Langeweile auf. Der Beschreibung in Fewo Direkt kann man voll vertrauen. Es ist sogar noch schoener als in der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Qualitaet des Hauses genuegt den hoechsten Anspruechen. Das Haus war so sauber, als waere man der erste Mieter.

Charming villa in a quiet countryside
We stayed for 1 week in this lovely villa which is fully equipped, allowing an independent holiday. We had a warm welcome by Vesna who provided a lot of useful informations about shopping, restaurant, aso. The location provides a lot of possibilities for sport activities ( Tennis, bicycles, table tennis,.. ) We used the beautiful patio every day for breakfast and barbecue. The villa is well situated for a lot of other activities as located close to Pula, Rovinj, Fazana (nearest beach).

Top Villa mit großzügigem Areal
Wir waren mit zwei anderen Familien in der Ferienvilla. Es ist tatsächlich so schön, wie auf den Fotos. Viele Freizeitangebote, die wir auch alle genutzt haben. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilft sofort, wenn etwas ist. Abseits gelegen auf dem Land. Man ist aber fix in Fazana, wo man super am Hafen spazieren und essen kann! Top Feriendomizil!

Leider wieder Zuhause
Auch wie im letzten Jahr können wir nur sagen , " Ein sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück wo man sich nur wohlfühlen kann"! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Premium Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage! Alles top!
Das Ferienhaus hat wirklich alles geboten, was in der Beschreibung beworben wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt und uns das Haus erklärt, während des Aufenthalts konnten wir immer telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen. Es gab 4 große Schlafzimmer, die allesamt mit einem großen Badezimmer inklusive Badewanne/Dusche ausgestattet sind. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern verbracht. Durch die vielen Sportmöglichkeiten gab es nie Langeweile. Der Pool ist sehr groß, die Tennisplätze waren immer frei und konnten täglich genutzt werden, ein Tennisplatz kann sogar spät abends mit Flutlicht genutzt werden. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist von guter Qualität, z.B. Waschbecken von Villeroy & Boch, Duschkabine von Hüppe, Armaturen von Grohe. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sowie das Gelände sehr sauber. Man konnte im Haus keinen einzigen Krümel finden, auch außerhalb war alles gut, der Rasen frisch gemäht. Alles super sauber. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful holiday
We are a family of 6 persons. We stayed here for a week and all was beautiful! The place is very nice and very quiet. The house is fantastic, very comfortable and with all things a family need. All is very clean and in order. We did a lot of sport and we visited the wonderful Istria. Pola, Dignano and Rovigno are very near. The countryside and the little village around are enchanting. a very wonderful holiday. We coming back certainly.

Wundervoller Familienurlaub
Ein wundervolles Feriendomizil! Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und unserem Chef (2 1/2 Jahre alt) in dieser wirklich schönen Unterkunft! Die Angaben des Online Inserats waren mehr als korrekt! Das Haus war besser als auf den Bildern beschrieben! Alles sehr sauber ! Unser Vermieter war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und gab uns Tipps für Einkauf und Unternehmungen! Wer ruhe sucht und seinen Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie verbringen möchte ist hier hervorragend aufgehoben! Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! Unser Chef wollte gar nicht abreisen!
