"Mir wurde die Unterkunft, nachdem mit die Buchung bestätigt wurde, wieder wegen Ausbuchung storniert. Trotzdem habe ich ständig für den "gebuchten" Urlaub und sogar wo ich den Schlüssel für die Unterkunft erhalte Emails bekommen. Auf meine Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Und jetzt werde ich gefragt, wie mir der Urlaub gefallen hat. Kundenservice sieht anders aus."

Nachdem wir die Vermieterin zur Schlüsselübergabe kontaktiert haben, sagte diese die Unterkunft sei auf Grund von Eugenverwendung nicht verfügbar. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung. Müssten dann kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft Buchen, die teurer war. Die Vermieterin schob die Schuld auf die Agentur, welche wohl informiert war. "We spent some totally relaxing days in this lovely house, which is located in the middle of nature. Since it is surrounded by a stone wall, our dogs could run free and we had our privacy. The interior of the house is cosy and it is beautifully furnished. The outdoor pool is spacious and we were glad there was one, since it was pretty hot in August. "The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, den herrlichen Blick, die Ruhe und die kleine, versteckte Badebucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, vor allem der Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und unsere Wünsche (Teekanne, Salatbesteck, Toaster) wurden sofort erfüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "

"Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, bei Problemen war in kürzester Zeit jemand da der auch geholfen hat. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen am Berg, dafür hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an Aleksandra und ihre Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Our family had a perfect summer stay at Chantal and Zvonko's property. The location is ideal--beautifully situated and private, but an easy drive to the coast--the house and grounds are rustic, beautiful, and relaxing, and Chantal and Zvonko are wonderful hosts.
