It's not very close to the train station, have to take taxis or subway (1 stop), some areas are not allowed to walk through. There's a shopping mall across the big road, 10 mins walk. If you wanna stay walking distance to the train station then it's not a good option, but overall this hotel is valued for money.

This property is clean stylish and spacious. The service is very impressive. The room is contemporarily decorated. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of food. There is also complimentary evening snacks service in the lobby lounge area. The French style hotel is really value for your money. Love the hotel. Will come back to see all the staff and the robot delivery machine.

酒店很新很干净，设施设计都很不错，床头有插座，电动窗帘，房间感应灯。离苏州火车站只有一站地铁。出门离万达广场很紧，附近还有一个大的生活广场。到苏州落落脚非常适合，价格便宜。

言葉が全く通じない。国際的なホテルを目指すなら最低限英語を理解できないと、さっぱり意思疎通ができず苦労した。 エアコンの設定も全くわかりにくいアイコン岳を見て操作するので わかりやすい表示と丁寧な説明がほしい。
