"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "

"PACE Hotel is fantastic, clean, and stylishly designed. The receptionist team was friendly and helpful. I can't stress how aesthetically pleasing the room was, the hotel is really well designed (fluted glass panels in the bathroom!).
